How to fit the Mouth Device

Using Boil-and-Bite technology this device is easy to fit and is adjustable to all sizes of mouth - simply place it in a container filled with hot water. The hot water will soften the mouth device. Once you’ve done that, remove it from the hot water. Wear the mouth device once it has cooled down slightly and bite into it with your lower jaw projected forward (slightly). The mouth device will harden as it cools, retaining the outline of your jaw. If necessary repeat this process a few times and the mouth piece will eventually take the shape of your teeth for a comfortable fit.
